Andy,
Maybe you should take up another case report and give them your
findings.
There is a difference between a feature not working at all and a feature
not working the way one would expect.
I would be careful of the wording you use i.e. "...unsubscribe feature
via subject line does NOT work"
I gave tips on something that I thought was not working at all.
