I am not sure of your exact question, but in my opinion MS Exchange is not a good mail 
package for ISPs or Webhosts.  So it is like comparing apples and oranges.  Exchange 
is good for a corporate Intranet/Internet but is not really designed for an ISP with 
Multiple domains, etc.

Others may have differing Opinions.
