Exchange is a very powerful application. But from an ISP prospective it
is not cost effective. You MUST pay a license for EACH and EVERY user
at approximately $ 45 a pop. We use both Exchange and Imail. Exchange
for the inhouse stuff and Imail for hosting solutions. TOC is much
better for Imail as an ISP solution.

I think one Key here is Easy to administer! Exchange 2000 is pretty
Invasive, and as far as I can tell, can NEVER be removed
programmatically. It modifies the Windows 2000 Schema, and uses Active
Directory extensively. You have no choice of what kind of repository
you users are stored in, etc. I-mail is, without a doubt, easier to
administer.

I'm trying to choice a mail server for an ISP to host several domains
with unlimited mail accounts each.
As I've been a user (not an administrator) of IMail since more than a
year ago, I want to compare it with Exchange server 2000 to deploy an
easy to administer without loosing security strength.
