think one Key here is Easy to administer! Exchange 2000 is pretty
Invasive, and as far as I can tell, can NEVER be removed programmatically.
It modifies the Windows 2000 Schema, and uses Active Directory
extensively. You have no choice of what kind of repository you users are
stored in, etc. I-mail is, without a doubt, easier to
administer.
