an open relay is for sending email. So, what you want to do is enable SMTP
authentication so that anyone who tries to send email through your email
server will be required to enter a password. This way all client can send
but someone who is not a client or cannot provide authentication can't send.
Specifying IP address "relay for address" is also very use full but you
can't do that in your situation.
