The funniest tech support I have had was with IBM. I had a programmer
working for me updating a piece of in-house software that was several years
old written in IBM's proprietry version of C (the name escapes me) to run on
os2 using IBM's DB2. on the programmers suggestion that we updated all three
products I contacted our suppliers and no one could help so I contacted IBM
sales directly.

The person I spoke to hadn't heard of the C program,wasnt sure if they still
sold DB2 and had never heard of  OS2, he asked if we had considered an
NT4,visual studio and SQL server solution ?

Good old IBM and they wondered why they lost market share !
