It is a possibility that the user hit the Delete All button instead of the
Delete button. He is an above average user and knows the different, so if
he did it was a mistake. He may try to deny it, is there any why of proving
it? In the W*.logs?

Arthur,
Never heard of this being a problem! But there is a 'delete all messages'
button that can cause that to happen. Normally one need only select each
message to be deleted by clicking (puts a check in the box) for each
message, then clicking the delete button so only the selected messages get
deleted. Is that what the user is doing???
Might be best the ask the user for the steps he is performing, rather than
give him to correct ones. That way he can tell you what he is doing without
any influence from you.
