Len,

Have you tried re-applying the last Service Pack? Remembering the 'rule'
someone posted in the past, about doing this after installing any software.
Should not hurt, except the time it takes (and maybe your ego, if that fixes
things!).

Can you make any correlation to the time of the web service stopping and
something that is recorded in the W2 logs?

How big is your swap file? and RAM? Any signs of high resource utilization
prior to the event?

Are you running the Imonitor service and how is it set for HTTP service?
