Thanks Daniel, but the way I succeed in making the box working was :

- backup registry key "domains" ip by ip and domain by domain;
-uninstall Imail;
-clean all registry keys by hand;
-install Imail;
-apply all 4 patches;
-apply ip & domain registry key & check 1 by 1.
..........a nice nigh...mare.

2 hours down.

It's a very stupid way, time consuming but it worked well.
I think the problem was "right related" to registry ( iwebmsg, imonitor,
iadmin crashed as soon as I dealed with users ) even if I checked (
FileSystem, regedt32, etc. ) and everything was at the "status artis".
