If you installed al the webmessaging patches, try to uncheck the 'auto restart' in the Web Messaging option of the Imonitor.

We've moved our server fron an old machine to a brand new one.
Following  KB "rules" we've got no problem but the iwebmsg.exe keeping on dyeing with
Dr. Watson saying: " Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x0024868f "
This happens as soon as a connection with the right UID & PWD is done.
I've tryed everything suggested by KB , user rights , user assigned to service and so on
 
Erratically imonitor.exe to dies with the same output.
