Yes, but this has been happening all week, since about that time.  
The log snippet was just an example, one of several occurrances.  
We have no trouble with other domains.  Probably just a 
coincidence, but. . . .

with no DNS to talk to, Imail will just hold all mail until it has a 
DNS.  I would call that a "delay"
