Unfortunately, I agree with your assessment of this upgrade issue.
What a wonderful opportunity for Imail to be magnanamous is some way,
instead of being greedy.
We all know this this business is about the money, but the double
dipping is over the top. I have an unlimited license with a valid
service agreement. It's offensive to be asked for more money after
spending the money within the last 4 months to buy what I have.
As it is...the tech support I get is not good... The follow-up by the
tech group and tech manager are not good...kinda non-existant...
There is very little value in the service agreement as it is...
