Yes, that is correct...being asked for more money when I'm already *not*
getting what has already been paid for..

I can see much sense in letting Ipswitch use more of my money for 7 or 8
months (by extending the contract).

I'm struggling with paying for a service contract at all based on the
level of service I've received so far.

I've been an ISP for 7 years and service like this I call testicle
support...
