I'm certain that IMail would respond once.  The reason is that IMail 
doesn't handle mailing list E-mail any differently (as far as I have seen) 
at the SMTPD stage (receiving), it seems to start handling of the mailing 
list stuff at the SMTP stage (delivery).  I'm guessing that IMail doesn't 
know or care that it is a mailing list when handling DSNs.
