Depends on how you're adding your users. If you do it interactively
through the Admin program, no. But I could think of a way of passing the
new user parameters to a batch file that calls ADDUSER.EXE to create the
user and then calls IMAIL1.EXE next to send a short message to the
user. Are you adding users from the command line?
