This usually indicates they've got a firewall 'editing' the response.

There's no PTR record for 65.66.8.21, you'll have to talk to
Southwestern Bell Internet Services and ask them to put one in so
it resolves to mail.compworldnet.com. While you're at it have them
add 216.226.6.80 to mail2.compworldnet.com too.
