[IMail Forum] Missing Permissions on the server?

I have Imail 6.06 installed on  a secondary domain controller (Win 2000
Server)
Using I mail:
When I use NT Database I am able to connect through outlook.
However, when I use  the external Database option and connect to SQL 2000
data base I am unable to connect due to a username or password being
incorrect. (They match what is in the database)  I can connect on the server
through the Imail Client using the name and password.
But remotely from the LAN It seems as if the server is validating\refusing
the request.

All of this is internal (On the LAN)at this point.
