Yes.  There could be a slight performance hit depending on traffic (the 
number of E-mails sent/received per day is the major factor).  If each user 
averages about 10-15 E-mails per day, you may not even notice the impact of 
the virus scanning.  My guess for a PPro 200 would be that it could go up 
to about 20,000 to 30,000 E-mails/day before performance was a real issue 
(about 100 E-mails/day with 250 users).
