I think we have all experienced this.  I think the web has been hit hard by some 
natural mishaps(large fire in baltimore),  Human errors (Sprint and Worldcomm had 
router and fiber cuts) and malicious attacks(code red).  Once things calm down we 
should have Ipswitch look at it.  I think there is a problem with the list server and 
the way it sends messages but hey I can't do any better myself so I am patient.
