Hi,

Yes, you would think...but...

It's like the issue with Web Mail and the serving up of the little
graphics that comprise the buttons.

I've seen dozens of posts to this list about it *and* I opened a trouble
ticket with Ipswitch and *nothing* has been done about it...so I gave
up.

It is a deficiency in the software, plain and simple. Webmail just
doesn't serve up the images well.

Now the funny thing is when you pay 1300 to $1500 for an unlimited
license and tech support, you'd think they would pay a little attention
to you right? Wrong again.

The trouble ticket is *still* open with Imail tech support as far as I'm
concerned, they competely dropped the ball. I even made a special call
and talked to the manager of tech support. 3 or 4 emails were sent back
and forth, still no resolution and from the content of the email I got
from them, it was like they were trying to figure out if this was a real
or imagined problem.

Just look at the list, right here, Ipswitch...I've seen lots of posts
and never any solutions except to call Ron and buy 3rd party
templates......

So, you would think...but I guess those of us that have to deal with
this stuff in real life don't count.

And while I'm at it....I'm still using 6.06 because to sum it up, Imail
7.x is full of bugs and downright sucks.

If I ran my business with as little attention to my customers as
Ipswitch, I'd be out of business so fast it would make your head spin.
Not to mention how intolerant customers are of email systems that are
not up an running when they want to check their email...

Signed,

A loyal Ipswitch customer that has purchased 4 or 5 licenses of Imail
over a span of 6 to 7 years....

Thanks, andyb
