Thanks for everyones help. It has helped me narrow down the problem.
At first, when I talked to Interland's DNS people, they said I should be
able to use their DNS servers, but when I talked to someone else, he said I
couldn't because they are not hosting my own DNS info, even though they are
hosting my web server.
What I don't understand is that I was previously using a shared mail server
at Interland (mail.keepkidshealthy.com), which is also an IMail Server, and
I had a similar setup in that my DNS was at freeservers.com. Interland must
have been using their own DNS in the SMTP settings of IMail then and
everything worked great. I don't understand why it doesn't work now that I
am using a dedicated mail server (imail.keepkidshealthy.com).
Anyway, I am trying to contact someone at freeservers.com to see if I can
use their DNS, or see if I can get permission from Interland to use their
DNS with my current setup. Otherwise, I will switch my DNS back to
Interland and will hopefully be able to use their DNS in my SMTP settings
that way.
