Tim, You have two problems: 1) Win2K doesn't route between NICs unless you set: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\IPEnableRouter to 1 and reboot. 2) You are not apparently using NAT, so your non-routable private subnet (192.168.0.0) couldn't possibly receive packets back from the 'Net anyway (by definition).
