Hey Len,

        Thanks for the info from you and everyone.  I use MS Interdev as my editor
and they allow you to find within a directory, but not replace.  Guess I
ought to look into some other editors.  We do all coding manually, therefore
all the bells and whistles are not important, but find/replace would be very
useful.
