We use itsyourdomain.com for our registrar, they don't have the best prices,
but they have a transparent partner program that's pretty nice.  Allows you
to sell domains through your site, the client can manage their contacts and
such through your site also, and there's no up-front fees.  We've been
pretty happy with them so far.
