Is there an Internet equivalent of the ACLU that would litigate this for
somebody.  Its pretty obvious what their doing, is there no justice in the
world.

Ooops.  I forgot that big business actually runs the internet!  (that Al
Gore created!)  Never mind.

Yup, we've experienced the same thing.  If we had the resources, I'd
certainly instigate litigation.
