This is why I am trying to spread the word: "Run, don�t walk away from
Network Solutions." 

We use Bulk Register and have never experienced a problem. 

Bulk Register has also done a good job of getting names registered at
Network Solutions transferred to Bulk Register.

It will take a court order, or an auction by Network Solutions.  As 
mentioned earlier in this thread, NS is keeping expired domains as their

own (essentially getting millions of domain names without paying for 
them).  They aren't going to give them up easily.  I'm guessing the only

way to get one right now would be with a bribe.
