We use Bulk Register and have never experienced a problem. Bulk Register has also done a good job of getting names registered at Network Solutions transferred to Bulk Register. As mentioned earlier in this thread, NS is keeping expired domains as their own (essentially getting millions of domain names without paying for them). They aren't going to give them up easily.
