That's exactly what it is supposed to do.

That's correct.  As the original poster mentioned, it will create a
folder/mailbox/.mbxfile/whatever-you-want-to-call-it.  You can see it with
web messaging and IMAP, or download them with POP3 using the full username
([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
