I'm really surprised IPswitch didn't ask the question on this list as far as how its own customers felt about this. by not asking they get negative feedback, as opposed to them asking and getting recommendations from it's clientelle, we woulda been more than happy to recommend what we thought was good. personally i do not like Symantecs' current line of products, and haven't for a while now. and deff will not be supporting them in any way. Declude has worked great for me along with McAfee (which we were already licensed for), which reminds me, my trial is probly about to expire, i better go get that PO off to them. my $0.02 Don

I agree, Declude's products stand up on their own as evidenced by this list and Declude's site, and also from personal experience. Although that's limited to Declude Virus. While I use and have been quite happy with NAV on the desktop, I wasn't about to install Symantec's gateway product on yet another server or screw with the ports on the existing one. The price tag for this "solution" is almost more than what I have wrapped up in my current Imail box--software and hardware. -Bill Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
