>First of all, does it cause any problem?

You don't want to do this unless (a) you copy the index files as well,
(b) your backup sofware doesn't lock the copying files for writing,
i.e. is a true open file backup, (c) your client realizes that they
can still lose up to one backup-frequency's worth of messages and (d)
you can ensure that any user add/change/delete operations, including
forwards and rules, are propagated to both servers. If any of these
requirements are not met...well, I can't even begin to tell you how
messed up things could get.

>I was thinking to cluster servers or use DFS of Active Directory.

DFS won't really help you in this area. MSCS, however, will, as would
Double-Take or Vinca/Legato. The third-party options cost less in
hardware but a substantial amount in software. MSCS is free but
requires HCL hardware. Clustering, by design, does not have the first
paragraph's requirements and is a much safer choice if your client is
serious about redundancy and real-time backup.
