It doesn't matter how many there are -- if the remote server sends the
"421" response, it means that *it* is in the process of shutting down, and
will be back up shortly. It's a problem on the remote end, period. The
only way it could be a problem of yours is if you are really connecting to
another server -- but that wasn't the case in the log file snippet you posted.
If the remote server is sending the 421 response because of something on
your end (IE no reverse DNS entry for your mail server), the software on
their end is malfunctioning.
