This was the message that was sent directly to aol account. And it got
through
8:23 12:40 SMTP-(07141076) >RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
8:23 12:40 SMTP-(07141076) 250 OK
This was sent to an address that that also forwards to the AOL account
and it was rejected.

8:23 12:39 SMTP-(06840A85) 554 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Relay
access denied
Could this have been rejected from by IMGate????

The IMail "Unknown User" bounces can mean lots of things -- you need to
check the log file to see the exact message.
FWIW, we may be releasing a new program soon that goes through the log
files and generates a report of bounces (To/From/Error) to help track
down
problems like this.
