Scott, Len, What I called the host file, is the list of addresses in the "Virtual Host Configuration" section under "Add a Host". My DNS servers are listed with only spaces between them. I read the KB on Stack Connect Errors as suggested, and also created a new key, (BindToIP) as mentioned in the KB.
I just made attempts to telnet to each of those addresses; each one failed. It's time to call Interland again.
