FYI, there is no "host file" in IMail (as far as I know).
I assume that you are referring to "Domain Name Server address" on the SMTP
tab of IMail Administrator. There should be no commas in there -- it
should look like "64.224.20.132 64.224.20.133 64.224.20.134".

This one shows that IMail gets the correct DNS entries for hotmail.com, but
can't reach it. That could just be a Hotmail problem.

Same problem here -- IMail can't connect to AOL's mail server.
I would try running telnet on the IMail server, and seeing if you can
telnet to port 25 on 64.4.45.7, 64.4.52.7, or 205.188.145.215. If you
can't telnet to port 25 on any of those IPs, then there is a networking
problem.
