>I got good reports from dnsreports.com and with sam spade.

That's not surprising -- the problem with outgoing mail would be a problem
with your DNS resolver, or the DNS server that it uses (outgoing DNS
requests as a DNS client), rather than the DNS server used for your domains
(handling incoming DNS requests as a DNS server).

>The two IPs listed in the Imail host file are 64.224.127.8, 64.224.127.9.

I just tried 64.224.127.8, and it wouldn't respond. You should make sure
that IMail can reach those DNS servers, and that they are set up to accept
requests from the IP address that the IMail server is on.

>01:02 18:11 SMTPD(01410122) [64.224.127.8] connect 209.149.123.22 port 2592

The SMTPD lines in the log file are for incoming SMTP connections, so they
won't be too useful here.

>01:02 18:11 SMTP-(0000003C) processing C:\IMAIL\spool\Q93b0122.SMD

>01:02 18:14 SMTP-(0000010D) processing C:\IMAIL\spool\Q9471122.SMD
>01:02 18:15 SMTP-(0000010D) ldeliver probenet.net stuff-nul (1)
><[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 0
>01:02 18:15 SMTP-(0000010D) Trying hotmail.com (0)

>01:02 18:15 SMTP-(0000004E) Stack connect fail "64.12.149.24"

>01:02 18:22 SMTP-(0000010B) processing C:\IMAIL\spool\Q962a108.SMD

So this is what we have for outgoing logs. There's not much to work with
here, as they are from 4 different E-mail delivery attempts. The first and
fourth ones don't show any problems (they starts processing the E-mails,
and may or may not have delivered them further in the logs).

The second one doesn't indicate any problems. It looks like an E-mail
delivered to a local account, and another sent to a Hotmail account.

The third one shows a Stack connect fail on 64.12.149.24, which is an AOL
address (but doesn't appear to be a mail server).

We'll need to see all the log file entries for a specific E-mail delivery
attempt (for example, all of the lines with "SMTP-(0000004E)" in them
around 18:15).
