Hi, I seem to have the same problem. I only have 250 virtual hosts... but the fun part is that it is only a few that reported that they have problems sending emails.
Sometimes it is even only one user of a domain that has problems while other users from the same domain have no problems. I use the 'Relay for Addresses' option too.
