WIth all due respect, this has nothing to do with what I asked ;).

I don't want to move the SPOOL Directory; I want to change where LOG files
are written, so they have their own LOG directory which makes a lot more
sense (at  least to me!)

We use a separate HD for the /spool directory. This speeds things up a
little bit too.

c: is OS install
d: is Imail install
e: is spool

All 3 drives are physically separate and hot swappable. d: is a raid array
as well.
