That is normal.  The "421 SMTP service not available" means that AT&T's 
mail servers aren't working right now, and they are telling you to try back 
later.  You can't send mail to them if their servers aren't up.  :)

Yes, with the IMail "Send All" button when viewing the queue.  You don't 
have to do that, though; you can just wait for the E-mails to be delivered 
normally.
