Using access-list to block an IP address:
access-list 101 deny ip 210.78.31.0 0.0.0.255 any
Cisco IOS access-list uses a backwards subnet, please
use the following example:
255.255.255.255 Use this to subtract
- 255.255.255.0 your subnet
----------------
= 0.0.0.255 becomes the access-list subnet
