"Joe the Lawyer" --

The guy that runs ORBZ is facing legal action because his computers
indirectly caused a mail server of the town of Battle Creek, Michigan to go
haywire, because it was running buggy software.

The is no indication that there are any criminal charges being brought
against anyone in the U.S. for blocking
messages. http://www.wired.com/news/business/0,1367,51218,00.html claims
that the ACLU says that "publishing an Orbz-style blacklist [is] legal".

Time to go back to law school!
