I think the true solution is to line up ORBZ, IBM LOTUS NOTES department, &
the Battle Creek, MI IT Department, and stooge slap the lot of them.  All
seem to share a portion of the culpability for this fiasco.  As for the
Battle Creek PD and Prosecutors office,  reduced funding seems to be in
order since they seem to have little of any value to do for the community.
