Arrrghh this has been frustrating. I have set myself up with one of those overseas hosting companies (UCVHost). My domain (www.springprinting.on.ca) or their IP address seems to be blocked by "ORDB". My host uses IMail and I am able to access my mail via cable at home but at work on my dial-up I can't. I think that my dial-up ISP has companies targeted by ORDB blocked. I am receiving email but I am not sure how many don't get through. I do no for a fact another person with the same dial-up ISP was not able to send to me.
I am not getting much help from my overseas hosting company so I am hoping this forum can help. Am I able to turn off open relay from this end? Will it do any good if I do not have my own IP address anyway? Maybe it is a shard IP address that is banned? Hope I have supplied enough info. I could not find any answers about this on Ipswitch website or any help from host.
