FYI, in most cases, only IPs get listed in spam databases (with a few
exceptions, where the domain owner causes problems, such as having invalid
contact information in the WHOIS record, but those "rhsbl"'s are not
commonly used). The address you sent from, 64.132.223.106, is listed in
the ORDB, NJABL, DSBL, and DSBLALL spam databases.

Ummm... it doesn't really work that way.
The way that spam databases are almost always used is that E-mail sent
*from* the bad mailserver is blocked. That's it -- connections *to* the
bad mailserver aren't blocked.
How are you trying to access your mail? By POP3? web messaging? Your
dialup ISP may require special permission in order to connect to your
mailserver to send outgoing mail. But, unless you're dealing with a really
weird ISP, they should allow POP3 access.
>I am receiving email but I am not sure how many don't get through.
Why do you think that you are not receiving all your E-mail? Spam
databases do not block mail coming into "bad" servers, just mail coming
from them.
>I do no for a fact another person with the same dial-up ISP was not able
>to send to me.
That's because you have disappeared. The nameservers for
sprintprinting.on.ca are cns1.idirect.com and cns2.idirect.com. But both
of those servers say that sprintprinting.on.ca doesn't exist. That is a
much bigger problem.

No, only your ISP can do it, but it won't fix the problem.

If you do not have an IP address, nobody can reach you, even if you do have
DNS records.
Hopefully, you will think to look in the archives and find this message.
