That's correct.  You need to be able to handle both "name =" and "filename 
=" (minus spaces, of course), as well as a filename that has quotes and a 
filename that doesn't have quotes.

Making it worse is that several recent viruses have been using illegal MIME 
segments, which Outlook is able to decode, so they can bypass some 
filters/scripts/whatevers.
