Well, I've got this idea, vaguely, that ipswitch's webpage don't work that
well :)
Only thing that really worked for me was sending an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

with the body
unsubscribe Imail_Forum tvdhoff

I think it only works when you specify the name you've entered when
subscribing your emailaddress to the list
and without the 'list' command, it took me some time to figure out my name
and emailaddress combo.
When I sent the above email using the subscribed account, I immediately got
an answer back, saying I did
unsubscribe succesfully (and this being the truth, since I now only receive
single messages).

Well, dunno about the goat, but try putting your powercord in another
socket. Works great!
