what I was hoping to do, is to stop someone from sending 6k messages from
outlook - in a couple three ops ... I got everything Scott puts out except
hijack - I wasn't planning on that one - although, if he could put some
bounce handling on the listserver - I'ld probably be in on that one...hint
hint..

gonna try mailman for now...ecartis better?

It  would be more appropriate to say that WM doesn't respect the limit
at  all,  after  further  testing.  And  my  remark  still  goes about
MUAs--chances  are  you'll get an angry support call late in the game,
as  the  client won't notice what is going on and you won't have a DSN
to tell them what they've done unless the Imail server is a hop away.
