When a Web Messaging user logs on to their account on any computer, it takes forever to open the main page, and perform any actions.
The kicker is, anytime they log on to their web messaging account, we see floods of backdoor.trojan alerts from Norton Corporate Anti-Virus on the server as the trojan goes for every box in their account. Once logged off, the activity stops. This does not happen when using email clients, only web messaging. The Win2K server housing Imail is not infected, and quarantines the infected files. I would love to hear some comments as to what we can do to stop this from happening, if at all possible. The time it takes to perform activities in their Web Messaging account is prohibitive.
