We have never had a time problem scanning the .mbx files before.
By quarantining the files, it does all of them in the user's box: mbx, sent,
delted, etc.  It shows up in Norton as such:

File: D:\IMail\users\username\main.~bx
Clean Failed - quarantine succeeded.  Access Denied.

As far as getting rid of the virus, we cannot find any signs of virus
infection anywhere.

And, this happens when *any* user logs on to web messaging.  Nothing occurs
when using a client, such as O/E.
