Appreciate everyone's input on the duplicates.

In my original post last week, I stated that I had just set-up theBat as
a new mail client and the duplicates happened there too. Brand new
install - so no large .pst files there. Yes, my Outlook .pst is large,
but we have other users experiencing this too with small .pst files. I
doubt it is the .mbx because mine is never large (only 2 days worth)
about 100-150 regular text messages. Same small .mbx with other users
who have reported and we investigated. We see it happening with Outlook
2000 and XP. No Express users are reporting. If so, I agree that would
be first place to point finger as we know Express is buggy. I use to
accept "it must be Outlook." But given the above, I no longer think the
case. The only thing that stops the duplicates once they start, is to
clear your account and start over. It re-surfaces in a day, 2 days,
sometimes weeks later, but eventually it does re-surface. I have not
been able to identify a pattern.

Someone from IMail must have seen this before and investigated?
