I see this if I check my account from home, where my client is set to leave on server. If fact I check 4 accounts with the same client at both office and home. Only one account is set to leave on server at home and this is the only account I ever see duplicate emails on. Client is Outlook 2002, had the same circumstances with Eudora 4.1 Pro. List is another issue.
