I've seen people answer the same question hundreds of times on this list and
I've never understood why some people on the list are hostile to questions
that people post when they can simple choose to ignore them if they don't
want to answer the question.

I agree that people should make an effort to find answers themselves, but
why do you feel the need to even respond if you are not going to post an
answer?  If you don't want to provide an answer, please just don't respond.
We don't need the additional clutter to the list.

The solution has been posted a billion times, most recently last week!
There  are  different  solutions  for  pre-  and  post-7.1,  but it is
possible for all versions.

I  will  not spend the time to retrieve the posts from thw archives--I
think that's your job on this one.
